What is it
Low Pressure Fitness (LPF) is a training and therapeutic system that combines breathing techniques, postural work and fascial activation. Its goal is to regulate intra-abdominal pressure and improve the function of the deep muscles — especially the pelvic floor and transverse abdominis.
Unlike traditional ab exercises, LPF reduces intra-abdominal pressure instead of increasing it — making it a game-changer for women who want to train smarter, not just harder.
"LPF isn't another fitness trend. It's a completely different relationship with your body."
Who is it for
Leaking, diastasis recti or endometriosis are not contraindications — quite the opposite, they are exactly what this method is designed for.
Workshop content
You'll learn the breath-hold with diaphragm and rib activation — the core technique of the entire LPF method.
Full, three-dimensional breath that activates the diaphragm and releases chronic tension patterns throughout the body.
Mobility work to free the ribs and improve overall posture and spinal alignment.
Movement that supports a healthy spine and helps reduce back pain from the root cause.
No bracing, no sucking in — safe, effective activation that starts from within.
Positions based on the myofascial chains — for lasting changes in posture and body shape.
Full-body release and nervous system regulation to close the session.
The hypopressive manoeuvre is not performed:
About me
I'm a personal trainer for women and a licensed Low Pressure Fitness instructor, based in Kraków. I help women feel good in their bodies through movement, support and motivation.
I work with women at all stages of life — through pregnancy, birth and postpartum recovery. I specialise in supporting women with pelvic floor issues such as leaking, painful periods or painful intercourse, helping them return safely to the activities they love.
Through safe, evidence-informed training and personalised guidance, I make sure every woman leaves with more body awareness — and more confidence.
Participant reviews
"LPF is not 'just another fitness trend'. It's a completely different approach to the body. After the workshop I felt an improvement in my posture — I stopped slouching. Better breath awareness, which helps me manage daily stress. Very professionally delivered, with individual attention for every participant."
"I highly recommend LPF classes with Kasia! I've been going for a while and I genuinely feel a huge difference in how my core works and how my ribs move. I didn't think breathing could give you muscle soreness… but it can! Kasia has a brilliant, individual approach — explains everything precisely and really cares about your technique."
"I wholeheartedly recommend Kasia Sikora's LPF workshops. The combination of professionalism and empathy creates real motivation to do exercises that help you truly understand your own body. Kasia made sure every participant performed the movements correctly and left feeling satisfied."
"I came to improve my awareness of breathing and core muscles. Both the theory and practice were brilliantly prepared. After the workshop I find myself paying attention to how I breathe — I notice and control tension so much better. I haven't felt so at home in my body in a long time. Recommended for every woman!"
"The workshop met all my expectations. I can feel it's the ideal technique for women after pregnancy who want to regain balance. Kasia shared her knowledge and skills brilliantly."
"Great workshop — every exercise explained clearly and visually. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed. I highly recommend classes with Kasia."
